Anyone else still say Genovese
even though the name has changed twice now? DH and I both still call the ones around here Genovese.
I was telling a neighbor where a store was and said "In the shopping center with Genovese" and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Yes, DH always corrects me. But it will always be Genovese to me.

Me! I used to work there. The one in my old neighborhood in Brooklyn went from Genovese to Eckard & now it is Rite Aid!! I cant keep up!!!

I do that with the shopping center near my parents' house. It was Genovese for so long, I can't call it anything else!

My mother does sometimes 
But let me tell you DH is still stuck on Grand Union  - they have been Stop and Shops for how many years now

I know! I missed the Eckard to Rite Aid transition. I didn't even believe DH when he first told me

Yup, I do that too. There was a place in Levittown called Caruso's for years and years. It's changed names a lot of times but when we were dispatched there from Firecomm in Maspeth, they would always call it "The old Carusos" too.

I also still called it Mid-Island Mall instead of Broadway Mall until a couple years ago.
I'm stuck in the past I guess.

I always call things by their old name. Costco will forever be Price Club and I live by a Genovese.
