Anyone else wake up in the middle of the night and not able to go back?

I wake up either from one of my kids yelling out( but they go back) or a noise outside etc etc and I am then up for HOURS. last night it was 2-4. I felt like i just fell asleep and my son was waking up at 530. I am exhausted. i go back to work in a few weeks and i am dreadig it. I will lay there and 900000 thoughts come in to my head.. and i just can not go back to sleep. Anyone else?

YES. Welcome to my life. It sucks. When I was PG, I was up to pee. Now Im up walking the apt thinking of all sorts of crap. Makes me nuts. I may get all together about 4-5 hours a sleep a night. Its so nice.

EVERY NIGHT....I cant stand it!! Sometimes I just get up go on the couch for a few and then go back into bed. In the meantime when its time to finally get up for work I am soooo tired i dont wanna do it..lol

I was thinking about trying a melatonin every once in a while to see if I can get at least ONE good night of sleep.

When I was out of work I had the same problem. I took tylenol PM if I wanted to sleep through the night but sometimes even that didn't work. I found on the days I was more active, I slept much better. Now that I am working again, I sleep great again.

Yep....last night I fell asleep for a big 45 minutes and then was up for 2 hours. Usually I'm up from about 3am to 5am for no reason just my mind racing.

It stinks!
