Anyone else's kids STILL not adjusted to the time change??
Both of my kids were 7:30am people before we "fell back".
Now, my DD is up around 6:45, and my 5 month-old DS is up most days around the time I get up for work...which is at 5:30
We've tried inching their bedtimes back by about 10 min. each night since the time change. They are both going to bed at their "normal" time now (6:45 pm for DS and 7:45pm for DD), but they're still getting up early!!!!
Any advice for us? We're tired!

Ugh my DS used to sleep from 6:00-8:00 now he barely makes it up past 5:30 and is up at 5:30am. It is killing me! I think this is just his new schedule and I hate it!

Re: Anyone else's kids STILL not adjusted to the time change??
We didnt do anything different here as far as try and adjust time schedules. I put him down at the same time each night (7pm). For two weeks after DLST he woke up almost two hours earlier (EVERY SINGLE MORNING) Last week everything went back to normal...I dont know why. I dont care why. Mommy just likes her sleep (he's still sleeping right now BTW). Try not adjusting anything. Once their little bodies get adjusted they're get right back on track (my thoery at least )

Re: Anyone else's kids STILL not adjusted to the time change??
I cantg believe how long it too for her to adjust. I would say this weekend she finally did !! But still not 100% She used to sleep 7/730pm-7-8am After the fall back: she would wake at 530!!!! Then it moved to 6-630... Finally this weekend it was 630-7 Long time.......Hang in there.

DS is not sleeping as late as he was before the time change, but I think part of the problem is that he is teething pretty badly.

We're in the same boat here! DST and teething have just killed his wake up time.
