Is it safe to assume it's Authentic and New? It's a Raymond Weil, and almost 1/2 price ........ ??

I bought DH a Raymond Weil watch on overstock for Valentine's Day - he LOVED it. it was in perfect condition still with factory wrapping
eta: this is the one I got him

well my DH got me a Pierre Cardine watch, but I don't think it's real(I would never tell DH though) It just doesn't look like nice expensive designer watch

Is Pierre Cardin considered designer though? they're around $200
not saying that's cheap, just not high end like Omega

it's VERY nice! and a decent size. but much lighter than his Hamilton watch.
the RW still had the plastic on the back of it and it is 10000% real! he LOVES IT

He has a Tag that's huge, I forget the name of it, it's the "Steve McQueen" blue one .....
So he needs something more, I don't know, traditional - but he doesn't like anything small

it's def not small! that was a concern for me too. I didn't want to hear from him that it was a "girls" watch
