Anyone ever use priceline for A/C hotels
Can you tell what hotel is a 3* or 4* hotel before naming your price? TIA

Try to call the hotel directly and ask for a discounted rate...
if you can play a good game you can drive the rate down

okay....don't think i can play that good of a game. The priceline prices seem so low.

try this...
call the hotel and ask for IN-HOUSE reservations (try not to get connected to the answering hoteline)
negotiate with them and say that if they can honor the Priceline rate for you, that is more $ in THEIR pocket being that PL isn't making their cut on it
doesn't hurt to try
