Anyone ever use PTI (personal training institute?)
Got info. today, I think i would enjoy it but would love to hear feedback
it's 3x a week with PT plus 1x a week with nutrionist for 5 weeks it's $247.....

i have a "membership" at a personal training studio but not PTI. price that you were quoted is GREAT. sounds like they are having a half price incentive "sale". go for a trial session before committing.
word of caution, if you aren't accustomed to working with a trainer (as i wasn't) you are in for a rude awakening (in a good way of course). i definitly have a love, hate relationship with my trainers (love the results but hate the azz kicking process).
