Personal Training Institute - Smithtown
Does or has anyone gone there? I am looking for a personal trainer BUT have an knee injury, so don't really trust the ones at Bally's. I was a trainer in college but want someone to push me that much harder. Wish I could hire Jillian

Yes they offered me a job and said I would have to train for the position for two weeks. I wouldn't trust them at all. I did not accept the job becasue I didn't think it was right for people to come to me thinking I was fully trained and I wasn't.

No problem!!!
I would advise you to kick your own butt in the gym. Music is so motivating, try that. You have the knowledge (lucky lady), use it!!
