I just got my fall issue of JWU news from my alma mater-Johnson & Wales, and it made me think...
Emeril Lagasse graduated from there!
(It was in 1978 when I was 6 mos old...but whatever..it was still my school!)
I was going to say Emeril also when I read you post...I'm also a graduate of J&W..class of ..gulp..1991
