It's a very "great gabsy" pool. Very 30's/40's. Great pool if it was functioning. There is no telling how much work this pool would take to repair. I think it is beyond repair actually (cracks in side walls) and probably has not been used in YEARS/DECADES.
I think "filling it" is the best way.
What am I looking at in term of $$?
What are my options?
And if I fill this pool, can I adjust the taxes?

I think I have heard it's about 20,000 to get rid of an IGP. If the pool is no longer functional and was PROPERLY removed, then yes, you can file to adjust the taxes I believe (if the home is currently being taxed for the pool).

We had a driveway that was about 4 feet below grade, filled in and leveled with the rest of the property(different but similiar) it was single wide but 2 cars long and about 4 feet deep with retaining walls. It cost us $8000 to have it done.

We had a 20x40 inground pool and it cost us $4000 to fill it. That included re-seeding the yard but not sod! Good luck!

Were you allowed to fill it with your township?
What is a Gunite or liner type pool?
