Anyone follow the "Eat for Life" or "Body for Life" books

I asked for the books for Christmas...just wondering if anyone has used the books and found success. TIA

I recently read the Body for life program is the one to follow for long term results and solid education. I may pick it up at some point, but don't know any details.

I hope you find them helpful!

Thanks for the feedback. My friend's sister uses the book and swears by it---she is a size 2 so to me that is incentive!Chat Icon I'm going to follow the plan in the new year.

Body for life is a GREAT book to really get full education on long time weight loss and keeping it off.

I am starting the plan in the new year. I did read most of the book though and the whole things make perfect sense.

I dont follow it but when I work out I use the intervals as part of my workout and I remember some of the dietary plan. I wish I can follow it., maybe ill have to re-read the book. But the work out tips DEF help!

I've done BFL. I loved it. It's so easy to follow and doesn't require giant chunks of time. I was in the best health of my life when I stuck to those basic guidelines. I stopped doing it, got fat and can't figure out why I haven't gone back to it.
