Anyone Go to Oysterfest???
I know it hasnt been the same, but each year we say that we are not going because it is dissapointing, but this year it was ok. They didnt seem to have a lot of nice arts/crafts.
Anyone else agree?
Although I beat DH at Whack -a -Mole

Yes we were there and i think this year was the most disappointing.
Much less venders than the years before...

DH said it they probably cancelled due to the weather.
I thought it $ucked

It just isn't the same to me now that they have all the venders hurdled under the tents...
Yes they did have some in the town this time but it isn't the same to me....
PLUS our favorite vender wasn't there

I have the exact name at home but it was the vender that made all the great seasoning for the cream cheeses and dips!!
We stock up every year when we go and now i have to order it

I went (for the first time in like 15 years) and I thought it s&cked! I lived in OB for 26 years - so I thought it would be fun to go back to my old stomping grounds. What a waste of a day!
I was much better back in the day when it was a true street fair in the village streets!

The day was gorgeous and that was the only good thing about yesterday. Nice day to be out, but I was so disappointed with the festival. I have never been, but I was expecting so much more.

We went late yesterday, around 3:30. We live close, in East Norwich. It's always so hard to do much, because I have to push Andrew around in the stroller and its always so crowded.
I think we just go for the food lately  We had these fried corn things with mozzarella in them, plus its never a trip to the festival without a bag of zeppolis.
I do not like that the vendor are all in the tents. Makes it impossible to see.
