Anyone going to see Joel McHale at Westbury?
I love Talk Soup!!! I'm actually thinking of getting tickets for this - and they're not even that expensive as far as tickets go ($49.50).

Isn't it called "The Soup"? I remember when it was "Talk Soup" with Jon Hensen but that was back in the day. I love Joel on E! but I was curious if his stand-up is any good. If you go please let me know.

I was going to take DH (he loves The Soup) but I have a bridal shower for my cousin upstate that day and doubt I'll be back in time.
Have fun! Maybe Spaghetti Cat will make an appearance.

I LOOOOOOOVE Joel McHale and my DH and I love the Soup so I just bought tickets. His 40th is 2 weeks after the show so its a nice little gift.

when did these tickets go on sale? i'm gonna try to get DH to buy them tonight. I didn't even think he was coming to LI. DH & I were gonna go to AC but he was sold out and scalped tickets were like $300 bucks (WHAT!?!) I just hope they don't sell out by tomorrow

Yay!! I got my tickets!!
We were on the fence about going because we are on a budget, but we don't get out that much and they weren't too expensive -- so DH said OK!!!! Maybe we can all meet up at the bar (I think there is one there) and have a cocktail!!!!

I think there is a bar in the lobby area but I haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure.

DH and I watched the Soup on Sat. night and I got so excited!!!! Would it be bad to rush the stage and kiss Joel????

Lori, you will have to get past Karen and I, we are planning to kidnap him.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE him.  
I heard from a friend in another state that he hangs out after the show to give autographs/take pics with fans.
I hope this is true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
