Anyone have a Pasta Salad Recipe?
Does anyone have an easy pasta salad recipe they can share?

I always toss some kind of funky shaped pasta lightly with plain old italian dressing.
I cut up fresh basil, fresh tomato and throw in a bit of parmesan romano cheese.
Always a hit.
You also could cut up red onion, spinach and feta and throw in red wine vinegar and EVOO. Yumm!!

I do italian dressing too. I add roasted red peppers, cubed fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Usually fusilli or bowties.

1 (16 ounce) package fusilli (spiral) pasta
3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 pound provolone cheese, cubed
1/2 pound salami, cubed
1/4 pound sliced pepperoni
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (10 ounce) can black olives, drained (if you want, we don't like olives)
1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, drained
1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
Mix all together, serve cold

slivers of basil
toss with Balsamic dressing
so delish and EASY
