Anyone have a pork chop in crock pot recipe?

I googled and didn't see anything I found appetizing - any tried and loved here?

I haven't tried this one yet, but I think I'm going to give it a go this weekend...

COOK TIME 6 Hrs
READY IN 6 Hrs 5 Min


INGREDIENTS

6 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place pork chops in slow cooker.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.

Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Serves 6
