Crock Pot Potroast Recipe - Anyone have one?
I wanted to make it tomorrow because I've heard people talk about. But I don't have a recipe!!

i usually do the pot roast with a couple potatoes chunked up, an onion cut up, a bag of baby carrots, a cup of beef broth, and a cup of water. i also add some other spices in there- whatever i feel like- some salt and pepper, maybe some dried parsley or thyme.... i cook it on low for 8 hours.. it usually comes out GREAT! and then since its just DH and i, save the leftovers and a couple days later just throw it all in the oven for about 10 minutes and it tastes just as good as the first day.
