Anyone have a retractable gate?
We're moving into a house with tons of stairs. I saw some gates that are retractable so when you don't need them they are not in the way. Does anyone have a gate like this? I know I probably can't use them for the top of the stairs, but there are a few places where I think it would be handy.

I have a retractable gate and did use it at the top of my stairs, it was great. The only trouble was you have to install it into the wood trim on the bottom of the wall, we decided not to and there was a space at the bottom of the gate that my DS used to throw things down. We bought the gate at BBB and used one of the 20% coupons. We recently moved so I am not sure where we will be using it again.
