Anyone have a survey company recommendation
The survey there is on file for the house we're buying is way too old and cannot be used. So we need to get our own survey done Anyone have any recommendations!

She did handle it with the title company but the title company found a very old one so we need to get a new one done, she's getting us survey companies to contact thats all she can do, no???

Is it a land survey or house survey?
If it's a house survey, I can recommend my husband but if it's for land, you need an engineer.

i just know our lawyer said the same thing, the survey was too old, so he got a new one. he handled the whole thing

It's more than likely for land but you should ask your lawyer to be sure.

I work for a title company and we usually will try to locate and also provide quotes.

I work for a title company and we usually will try to locate and also provide quotes.
Yup she's getting us a quote from her title company that she used, they located one but a very old one that cannot be used at close
