Anyone have a tooth pulled while pregnant

I am in agony

I went to the dentist about 7 months ago and he said 1 of my wisdom teeth would have to come out. It wasnt causing me any pain or discomfort at the time, so he said I could wait. 3 weeks later I was pregnant! And it hasnt hurt me since
It starting bothering me this afternoon and I sneezed around 6 pm and my teeth chomped down and I have been in agony since!!
Im scared to go to the dentist because I know I cant have certain novacaine, etc and Im petrified of having to be awake if they need to pull it. I have always been knocked out for dental work

I had my lower left wisdom tooth pulled while 6 months preggo with #1! It had a cavity and the dentist said the option of pulling it was better than letting the cavity sit and possibly become infected, needing antibiotics while preggo. My OB said fine, and I had it out in the office, with novociane without epinephrine. no isses at all!
