I love Yum-Yum Cake... It is yellow cake with pineapples, vanilla pudding, and cream cheese/whipped cream frosting.
It's sooooo good!
(Paula Deen has a similar recipe, called Paula Deen's Is It Really Better Than S*x Cake?
The recipe here is for a jelly-roll pan.. I don't have one of those... so I have done it with 9x13 or with cupcakes....

Yum Yum Cake III
Prep Time: 20 Minutes Ready In: 1 Hour Cook Time: 40 Minutes
Servings: 16
"Easy and delicious sheet cake with cream cheese, pudding and pineapple."
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Bake yellow cake mix according to instructions on package in a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Allow to cool.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, pudding mix and milk. beat until smooth and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle drained pineapple on top of pudding.
3. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. (I never put nuts on top) Chill in refrigerator.
