Anyone have any idea how much a p/t live in nanny should run?

I'm going to be looking for a live in for 30-35 hours/3 days a week and 2-3 evenings a month. I'm not sure what the going rate might be as I see f/t nannies (50-60 hours a week) making $500-600.

The job includes a separate bedroom, living area, and bathroom. Shared entrance and kitchen. No housework and car provided for work related transportation.

My sister has a "nanny". She comes to the house sunday night and leaves friday morning. She has the weekend basically off and stays with relatives then. She does very light houskeeping work (laundry, cleaning dishes, light floor cleaning). My sister has 2 kids and they go to school mon-fri from 9am-4pm. She gets paid $500 a week.
