Anyone have info on school districts on LI and statistics info?
Family member looking to buy a house in LI. They are looking for websites with info on school districts, stats etc. TIA!

GREAT SCHOOLS WEBSITE has stats and test info for districts.
Also, if they go to Melissa Data school district maps and sign up for a free account they can look up maps of school districts to make sure that a house they want is in the school district the listing says it's in. I have seen a few houses that the school district is listed incorrectly.

I always found "Great Schools" website very helpful greatschools.net
And also Newsday online is very helpful
