We really like our bjorn. I've used it since DS was a couple of weeks old. My friend swore by hers, says it is the only way she got anything done the first years of her kids lives.
DH wore it for the first time this week for a walk and really liked it too.

We have a bjorn, the one with the extra back support, not sure what it's called...
We used it from very early on until hmmm... a year maybe?

I have the Snugli and I don't like it. I think I used it once. It's way too flimsy. For #2 (whenever that may be) I will spring for the Bjorn.
You can have my Snugli if you want it.  I should put it on the buy/swap/sell thread.
