Anyone have the Shark Navigator? UPDATE.. GOT IT!!
i need a new vacuum.. this one sounds like its decent and won't break the bank.
.......
bought it last night and OMG i LOVE it!!
if anyone is looking for a vacuum this is the one to get!!
i have a black lab that sheds everywhere, it looks like my carpets are brand new!!

I just bought it a few weeks ago & I love it! We just have 2 large area rugs, but it's been doing a great job...I've used it 2 or 3 times on my hardwoods also & it did a nice job.

where did you get yours? on the direct website they are offering a free steam mop and other attachments.
what did you vacuum come with? any of the attachments? it doesn't give much of a description on BBB

we have had ours for over a year and I have no complaints. Works well on hardwood, tile, area rugs and with dog hair!

I got this one from BBB using a 20% off coupon. It came with a special pet nozzle & extension tubes. I like the steam mop idea, but I didn't get it since I already have a Shark steam mop

Have it and absolutely LOVE it!! had it for over a year now. If you have any pet hair it's amazing with what it picks up too!!

Yes, I love it! The only negatives are the size of the head (it's kind of small so you have to do some extra sweeps) and you have to empty it often, which always is a little messy. But the SUCTION is amazing!

I have had mine for almost a year as well. It's amazing how much dirt this picks up. I had no idea how bad the old vacuum was.
Easy to use. I find myself glued to that infomercial.
