Anyone have triplets???

I had a sono last week and there were twins. My sono this week showed triplets and I am kind of freaking out. I have no problem with having three babies. I know it will be tough but we can handle that. My fear is in the pregnancy itself and whether all my babies will be healthy. I am a nervous wreck right now!!!!

There's a few on here although I can't think of their names off the top of my head. Lots of wishes for a happy and healthy pregnancy though!

HI there! Fellow mom expecting triplets right here. 2 identical and 1 fraternal. Same things happened to me. We went one week and they saw twin and then the next week they saw the identical. I'm about 26 weeks now so definitely have gotten over the initial shock and everything pregnancy wise has been going smoothly.n Hope you are feeling well and the babies are doing great!

Congratulations!!!!! Very exciting and shocking news for sure! I remember being floored when there were 3 sacs in my sono. I have 16 week BBG fraternal triplets -- all big, fat, healthy babies :) They were born at 35 weeks and all came home together from the NICU two days after I was discharged from the hospital (6 day total NICU stay). My pregnancy was overall relatively uneventful, though I did wind up on modified bedrest at 26 weeks and hospital bedrest at 32 weeks which was boring more than anything else. Feel free to PM me with any questions. Thank you for all the support. Had a sono today and it looks like baby c isn't going to make it. No grow nas heartbeat stopped. I know it was out of my hands but I feel terrible.

I have almost 3 year old BBG triplets!!! First off congratulations! It definitely is nerve racking news...but doctors are very good and triplets are becoming more and more common nowadays. Do you have FB? I can add you to our New York Triplets group, its definitely more active. You can FM me.

A quick background on me. I actually had a very easy pregnancy. I was never put on bed rest. Stopped working at 21 weeks (since i was working in the city). The major issue in my pregnancy was my daughters growth slowed down at 16 weeks and stopped growing at 25weeks. Her blood flow became compromised through her umbilical line and had to deliver me at 30 weeks exactly. My boys were each 3 lbs and my daughter was 1lb 14oz. We did have a long NICU stay..6.5weeks, 7 weeks and 9.5 weeks, but now I have 3 perfectly healthy thieving almost 3 year olds. Life is definitely hectic...but I wouldn't trade my craziness for anything.

so sorry to hear about baby c! I have 13 month b/g twins that were triplets. Baby C became their guardian angel when we were 8 weeks pregnant. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!
