Anyone have/use talking/typing software?
I saw a magazine ad for talking/typing software. It's voice recognition software that will type what you say onto the computer.
DH has an old AOL version. We may hook it up - it would be wonderful with all the letters of recommendation that I have to write.
Does anyone have this?Use this? Is it worth it?

true..
but unless the software has gotten better in the past few years..
it is still a PITA.
It takes a while to train the voice recognition and even then it is constantly making errors...
IMO i would just make general templates and just personalize them...
not worth the annoyance of this software

i bought it when it first came out - Dad wasn't such a good typer.
I type faster than I speak, so i dont use it.
