Anyone having trouble with Sprint lately?
I called last week and they said they had an outage and were sending another request to have it fixed. One week later and my service is worse (if that's possible). I am roaming onto Verizon only in my area. Anyone else having problems?

Yes!! I have been roaming on and off for awhile now..I dont know what the heck is going on..but its is really making me mad! I roam in Mt. sinai, Ronkonkoma and sometimes right where I love in Patchogue!! My service is not as good as it was when I 1st got it a few months ago.

Yes, these are my areas too! I never used to have a problem before. The way it's going, if they don't fix the problem soon, I may just switch to verizon since they seem to be the service I'm getting anyway. Glad it's not just me though. The customer service rep kept saying that he thought it was my phone and said he would even send me a new one, but DH is having the same problem too.

BTW, last week when I called, they did give me a small credit ($35). Maybe if they have to give out more credits they will actually FIX the problem

I was having a problem with service in my house, all of a sudden both my dh and I were roaming, so dh called to complain and told them that if they didn't do something we would switch. So they sent us a mini tower that hooks up to the router on the computer. Now our cell service is great at home, but now I am roaming at work or get no service at all!! I think it might be time to switch soon...

Wow the same thing is happening to DH and I. Both of us now have terrible service at our house. I'm constantly roaming or just not getting service. People will call me and it will ring on their end and they'll leave a voicemail, but my phone will never even ring (even though it says I have service) and I won't get the voicemails for hours. We thought it was just us.
I don't want a mini tower. That won't solve all the other problems.

I called them again today. 2 outages in my area (patchogue/holbrook/ronkonkoma). They said they will put in an urgent order to fix it...I've heard this before. I'm nervous with the storm coming and we already dont have service.

I've had issues ever since the earthquake. I thought it would be fixed by now, but Im still roaming over into verizon
