Anyone here do Crossfit?
I am very close to joining. I have done a session or two but am concerned that the workout will be enough to really get me in shape. I know there is crossfit all over the country, I am in Atlanta, but just curious about the overall experience.
Also, how often do you go, I am unsure about the 2x a week package or unlimited.

I tried it once and really liked it, but it was out of my budget to do on a regular basis.

My husband does it off their website. He just belongs to a gym and does the work outs they post There isnt a cross fit group here. I would LOVE to do it because the results he gets are amazing but I don't have any friends interested in it

I love the workout...I'm just concerned about spending $150 a month for a gym plus the cost of my other membership.
