Anyone know any houses for sale in Massapequa?
HI everyone,
does anyone know anybody selling a NICE house in Massapequa/Massapequa park, Wantagh, Seaford, Merrick or Bellmore? if so, please send me links!!! I hate looking through crappy ones!

hi, thanks! we are looking in the area of massapequa/massapequa park in between Sunrise and Merrick Rd, like behind and on the sides of the HS.... we are looking for around $430 and under... preferably under- $430-440 would be around the max.... but we're really trying to be closer to 400... if you see anything let me know! I check MLS every day, but sometimes they don't get listed right away

My MIL's friend is selling her house in Massapequa, but it's listed for over $600,000 and the taxes are over $13,000.
