The free style has a hands free option, and a removable pump with some extra options. I believe that the pump on the instyle stays put in the bag. Both pumps get great reviews! I know that the Freestlye is about $100 more.

i have the free style - you do not need an outlet to run as the pump in style needs- it has a rechargeable battery - probably charge about once a week - the pump weoghs about 1 lb - so easy to throw in any bag - great for a mom that works - it is easy to buy extra parts so you don't have to wash at work - it works great for me
