anyone know how to use snugride without base?

we will be traveling and bringing the snugride carrier but dh and i have no idea how to use the seatbelt to secure the carseat...and dh looked at the directions . anyone know?

I have one, there are slots on both sides to put the seat belt strap under...
you dont need to have a base.

It is very easy-we did it on the plane only (we checked the base) you just fed the belt through the two slots on each side

You need to bring the locking clip along in case the seatbelts don't automatically lock when you install it. The locking clip is usually in the clear bag with the instructions. If you don't have one, I've seen them sold at BRU separately.
