Anyone know of a grieving group for widows?
My grandmother is having a really hard time with the passing of my grandfather, and I was hoping to find a group for her to attend. Preferably Nassau County. Thanks so much!

My mom went to one at the Plainview Y when my dad passed away 10 years ago.

My mom went to one at her church. I think that a lot of churches have them.

I'm sorry about your grandfather 
My grandfather goes to Gilda Club meetings in brooklyn (where he lives)... its a cancer support group (whether you lost someone to it, are living with it... they have different groups). I'm not sure if thats what your GM passed away from, but he really talks so highly of it (he, too, was not handling my GM's death well at all)
