Not really.
A few of us live in Westchester though. What area- & what kinds of questions do you have?
I find a lot of people from Westchester post in the NY metro area section of Chow hound, if you are looking for restaurants, but I haven't found good general info yet.
If anyone knows, of any I'd be interested too.
ETA--I've been to LoHud.com & Westchester.com, but the forums on either aren't very good.

I'm considering relocating there, so I have a ton of questions about the neighborhoods with under 40 minute train rides into Grand Central and good schools. (Hastings, Edgemont, Harrison, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye Brook...)

You may want to read the local newspaper--NY Journal news, at its website, LoHud.com. They have sections for neighborhoods & education.
There is also Westchestermagazine.com, but it can be a little snooty & self-important.
Of the areas you mention, I really only know about Edgemont, but I'd be happy to try & answer any specific questions you have. There are also other areas that are under 40 minutes, with good schools, but I don't know if you have ruled them out for other reasons already.
ETA-Looking around Lohud.com, I just found
LoHud Moms & some of the forums seem fairly active.
