Anyone know of good p/t jobs for a stay at home mom?
Im looking to make a little extra money now thatwe are being bombarded with medical bills. Know of anything i can do from home??

I would look into 1-800-Flowers. I think the requirements are pretty minimal (computer, seperate phone line).

Thanks but i don't live in one of the states that you are required to live in, would have been a great opportunity though.
Any other ideas similar??

It's not "stay at home" but maybe you could get on a per diem list, or work P/T in a place like a group home. A lot of these places need staff for evenings, weekends and overnight hours. Some will hire people to work on-call. The experience is also pretty minimal. HS diploma usually at best.
I am thinking about doing this again if we ever decide to have another child because the cost of daycare is absolutely ridiculous.

I just went to a Jewelry Party last week and the women is a teacher, but she does the Jewelry Parties as a PT job. She loves it and was trying to talk me into doing it, but I'm too busy with my FT job. She said she mostly does catalog orders and hardly ever has to do parties. Maybe you could think about doing something like that.
The Jewelry is called Park Lane Jewelry.

I am looking for someone to do advertising sales for a new business we're launching on Long Island. I'll tell you a little about it.
Basically it is a online home improvement magazine catering exclusively to Long Island. The magazine will feature stories written in house as well as stories provided by advertisers, project showcases and guides (ie., "Your guide to the perfect lawn" just an example.) There are multiple ways for advertisers to market them selves. The magazine is broken down into sections so advertisers can market in a section that relates to their business, making it very targeted. There is also a community that functions similar to facebook and actually interfaces with facebook for the consumer.
We are basically looking for individuals who can sell advertising to any business related to home improvement, interior design, home decor on Long Island. It is a commission, contract position paying 15% on all sales. The hours, days are flexible. You can work from home and make your own schedule basically. It's a nice job for someone who is comfortable with sales looking to work from home.
