This is crazy but my 5 year old shattered the piggy bank that she received as a gift the day she was born about 1.5 years ago. It’s a Hallmark ceramic pink pig.

I’ve had alerts set up on fb and eBay since the thing broke and finally found one of fb marketplace last night in Salem, MO. The woman still has it but won’t mail it so I’m trying to find someone to pick it up and ship it to me.

I know this is crazy but dd (dear daughter) still asks me weekly if I have found a replacement.

2 years ago my sons blanket got ripped. I posted in the local group and within an hour a woman, not local, contacted me that she had the blanket and wanted to send it to us. I received it the next day and she would not take any money for it. I think the blanket came from NJ. But I had a lot of responses and people trying to help.

Good idea ladies thank you. I’ll see if there is a local mom group. I even asked her if she could box it up I’d have ups come pick it up at her door with a prepackaged label. No luck.
