Anyone know the vitamin regimen, etc. for after you give birth?
Do I need to still take all this crap after I give birth and am breastfeeding? Or can I just switch back to my multi?
I take like 6 different pills every night between my pre-natal and the additional supplements. I am so sick of it!!!

I just continued taking my prenatals and for a few days after my C-section I had to take Vitamin C tabs and Iron pills. I took the iron to avoid becoming anemic and I believe the Vitamin C helped my body to absorb the iron better. That was for about a week and then I just stuck with my prenatals but I'm sure you can just go back to a regular multi vitamin as well.
