Anyone know when training runs start for cow harbor?
I saw that the NRC did some last year but no info on this year. Does anyone know?

last year they started the first Wednesday in August.
I'm assuming they will do the same this year link for 2008

they updated their site - they are starting 8/12 at 6:15
I guess since the run is a bit later this year.
