Im trying to stay within the guidelines even though doctor never told me what I should and should not gain. I was heavy to begin with so I don't want to gain a ton of weight! I'll be 23 weeks on Saturday and have gained 13 lbs so far!

I'm 28w and have gained 23 lbs so far. I was hoping not to gain over 30 total but I've still got a ways to go!
