I feel all alone since I am on South Beach and not WW. Anyone else out there?

HI!
I did south beach 2 1/2 years ago and worked out like crazy - best shape of my life. I managed to keep it off and learned how to make better choices
I've gained lately..and have been bad...
so I am entering Phase I starting this week.
Do you have their 2nd recipe book?
