Anyone read the book The Baby Whisperer?

I just started it and it seems very interesting. Did her "methods" work for anyone?

I read her second book- Secrets of the Baby Whisperer while I was pregnant. I definitely used her methods - sometimes consciously and sometimes subcounsciously. Jordana was sleeping through the night at 6 weeks. Chat Icon We definitely went through some hellish months after that when she wouldn't sleep- but overall I thought it was a great theory.

I used a combination of her methods and Dr Weissbluth's methods...... definitely worth reading both books.

I used her methods. It was only after I read the book that I realized I was misreading tired cues for being hungry.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing this as well. I always think she's hungry.

Last night she woke up at 3:30am and I honestly didn't think she was hungry so I gave her the pacifier and back to sleep she went. Apparently she was tooting and that must have woke her up. So I guess even though I'm only on the 2nd or 3rd chapter I learned something. One less bottle wastedChat Icon

Yes.
I used the EASY method as a guideline & had her sleeping through the night at 7 weeks.
Her naps on the other hand....Chat Icon
