Anyone run the kings park 15k today?
I did it! I did better than i thought i would considering how hilly and challenging the course is! I finished 1:26:21 with a pace of 9:16. Just wondering if any other lif girls ran.

I didn't. Still not healed up enough to do races yet (Esp. that distance )
But....I just wanted to say thats an awesome time! Great job!!! Sounds like a fun race. I miss racing!

i did! i wasn't too happy with my time, just getting back into after taking off for a couple of months...those hills were a killer especially the neverending one between mile 2 and 3!

Thanks Colleen! I was a little nervous being that my longest run so far was 7 miles on a flat boardwalk, and this was a very hilly course.
Blue11 - yes Kohr road was a killer! I grew up in the area so I knew beforehand what to expect. I admit I did walk maybe 50 feet up the second major incline on Kohr. The last 1/2 mile was hard too... who wants to run to a finish line uphill!
