Yeah I will have to see you then! I think it's amazing that there are people in this world that love running in the cold - AMAZING!

I don't like the bitter cold and am trying to decide on the NYC Jan half. I could wishfully wish for a January thaw!

So, as you all know...Saturday was CCCCOOOOLLLLDDDDD...I think they said it was 22 degrees when we started.
I did fairly well...my personal best for a 4 miler: 39:49
I have to admit...it was very difficult! I had a bit of a cold to start with, so I kept feeling like I was giong to vomit from all of the phlegm  I was bending over heaving and this woman was like "come on, you can do it, follow me" and I did...and I didn't even know her. then she saw someone else walking and she did the same thing to that person and I lost her. Over all it was a good race and I will do it again next year!
