Anyone run the suffolk marathon or half marathon on Sunday
What did you think? How did you do? This was my first half marathon. I only started running 12 weeks ago when I decided to do this. My goal was to finish. And my 2nd goal was to try and complete it in less than 3 hours. I finished in 2.57 haha but I did it. I am soooooo sore but I guess it was worth it

Congrats on your first! There will be more  Also, something that always helps me with soreness is icing. I actually take an ice bath (as miserable as that sounds) after half marathons and marathons and it helps me tremendously in the following days.
