Anyone shed dormer or back dormer a cape recently?
Looking for a rough estimate. I'm pretty sure I can swing a aged dormer for a bathroom but was wondering what a full back dormer may cost as well

We were going to buy a cape that wasn't dormered yet and add a back dormer.
Basic shell was 25k with bathroom. Nothing fancy. we were going to do the finishes ourselves.

A full dormer (shell only. Not divided with walls, etc..) is about $75K

Thanks for the responses. Full dormer I knew was out of our budget. We are looking more rear only dormer with a bath.
