Re: Anyone take Airborne?

I doubt it. I think it is meant to prevent an oncoming cold. If you are already sick...I don't think you'll get any relief with taking it.

ETA: I took it when I got sick on my honeymoon and it did squat for me

I don't know if it will help allergies, but it def works when you feel a cold coming on.

It works great for me...

Honestly, it is all natural and herbal so it can't hurt to take it and see if it helps you with your "allergy/cold thing" Chat Icon Which is exactly how I describe that when I get it!! So funny...

Hope it works, hope you feel better Chat Icon

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

I've been sick for the past month and I just started taking it, just to see if it would do anything. I def. notice a difference when I took it. Try it, what the heck. It is herbal and has alot of vitamins in it, it won't do any harm.

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

I take one every other day to boost my immune system, esp when I'm feeling sick from allergies/cold and so far, so good. I have sniffles, but nothing too drastic.

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

Airborne has echinacea (a flower) in it and actually made me sneeze more b/c I'm allergic to some flowers. So if you have allergies you might want to try Zicam instead.

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

I just took it because I woke up this morning with a sore throat and a runny nose.

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

Make sure you take it a few times a day.
I think the bottle says you can take it 3 times a day.
Just stay on top of it and it will work.

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

i'm a speech therapist at a school, so i'm constantly near the mouths of the kids, and they are constantly sick.
i take airborne EVERY day in the morning, even if i'm not sick... i didn't get sick all last winter, and i haven't gotten sick this school year at all either.... it defnitely works!

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

I think the key to making Airborne work is taking it every 3 hours, 3 times a day. When I take it that way I've had luck getting rid of colds.

Re: Anyone take Airborne?

I swear by it BUT you have to take it LITERALLY, when you start feeling that first sign of something or else it's 2 late.
