Anyone take pre natal yoga in south shore Nassau area?
I am really interested in trying it out. I have heard great things about it. I just don;t where they offer classes.

They offer classes on Tuesday at 6pm and Saturday at 11am. I started a month ago, (missed the past 2 due to being on vacation). If you have any questions fm me.

I saw a sign in the window of a place on Merrick Rd. in Wantagh, near the Bellmore border. I don't have the name or number of the place though.

There are 2 right near each other in Wantagh. One is Harmony Dance and Yoga, and the other is Amul Yoga. I have looked into them both, and Harmony sounds super.
I have also heard good things about yoga classes at South Nassau Hospital.
I have wanted to do this, too, but I have been feeling too crummy to do so. Good luck!!!!

wow... lots to choose from. i live right near South Nassau too, didn't know they had yoga, I'll have to check it out.
