anyone take the antibiotic clindamycin while pregnant?
i have a sinus inf. and was just prescribed this from my primary dr. put a call into the OB-just waiting to hear back from them
any of you know if it's safe? or have taken it yourself while pregnant?

i belive i took amoxicillin when i was sick. usually they give you clindamycin when your allergic to pencillin.

You can always check out safefetus.com too. it gives you the class of drug and can usually tell you any risks.

Thats a class B drug. I had to take it during our IVF cycle I was done with it a few days after the transfer.
