Anyone take Women's One-a-day prenatal??
Do you take extra folic acid as well??

No. I dont take one a day's but i just started taking one i bought from target thats easy on the stomach.
Previously I was taking a series of supplements from Shaklee..its their basic plan and that had a b-12/folic acid supplement. It got kind of expensive so i figured i would just start taking a prenatal.
I dont think an extra folic acid supplement is necessary with a prenatal if you're not preggers yet.

im on the womens one a day prenatals and i dont take any add'l folic acid because there's already 800 mcg in them. that should suffice.
