Anyone taking CitraNatal DHA....
...as their pre-natal vitamin? the doctor gave me a sample of these and a year-long Rx for them.
Just wondering if anyone had any opinions on them.

I used them for both my pg's and loved them. Never had any problems and they made me regular.

i'm taking Citra Natal 90 DHA. It has added iron and it dosen't make you constipated. It's good stuff.

I have been on them since before getting pregnant (about 10 months now) and I've had no problems with them.
