anyone taking prenatals? which kind?
Dr Hershlag told me to take CitraNatal Assure - anyone ever heard of that? do they make you sick?

I haven't heard of it, either. I just take Rainbow Light Prenatals (the vegan version... not that I'm a vegan...) I am currently working an OB and my friends that are OBs all agree: as long as it has the minimum of 400mg of folic acid, you should be fine. They've all said something along the lines of, "I can prescribe one for you, but there's no reason if you have 400mg of folic acid you're fine". Good luck!!!

oh that's great to know!
i am going to try the CitraNatal and if they make me nauseous or if they are too expensive i will find something else with 400 mg of folic acid!

I take twinlab and I like them. I've never gotten sick from them like I know some people do.

I take Gesticare DHA (prescribed by my OB). I've never gotten sick with them.
