The concept is good, but you can buy a small kids playground ball for about $3 and get the same effect.
You can also roll up a large towel to give you that "extra space" between your body and the ground.

I have the bender ball. Its ok -- nothing really to brag about. I agree with a PP in that you can buy a small ball and it would give the same effects.
Likes- you really do feel the crunches/sit ups more.
Dislikes- although it shouldn't it does slide from underneath you.
